Q: i knew someones dad who was on a sex offender list. i was checking to see if he is still listed and i have not seen his name. do sex offenders get takein off a list at any time in life? this is for my safty and my familes.
A: Depends on the Tier they are & what they did to become a sex offender. usually they can get off depending on what they are under: 15 yrs, 20yrs, 25 yrs if convicted before 2002. after 2002 its: 15 yrs, 25yrs, 30yrs, or life.
