Q: I need to know if this person is a sex offender. I pulled up sex offenders in Sperry Okla & his mugshot appeared. this person is my x husbands best friend & I don't want him around my son! I cannot find an arrest record anywhere! please help
A: Check the Oklahoma State Courts Network (OSCN Case Search) at http://www.oscn.net/applications/oscn/casesearch.asp . Use Search by party. Type in Last Name, First Name and hit return. It will search through the court cases (takes a while), but it will pull up everybody with that name. Be aware that there are many people with the same names, but this will give you a start.
